- The Listral D glass insert will be discontinued by the manufacturer by the end of June and has already been labeled as a “Discontinuing” product in the Design Studio system.

¶ Upgrade current basic LED system from 12V to 24V (Hafele System), for the following Benefits:
- Lower Current = Less Voltage Drop: 24V systems draw half the current of 12V systems for the same power output.
- Better Efficiency: Lower current = less heat = more efficient and often longer-lasting components.
- Longer Runs Without Dimming: You can run longer lengths of LED strip without needing to inject power as often.
- Possibility for more options for LED sensor and drawer LED and other LED features in future
- Standardized power supply component, for better inventory management
- Extended Warranty: Current LED Warranty 2 years, 24V Hafele LED Warranty 5 years.
- Target date: by first week of June

- Metal drawer slides are installed on both the inside and outside of the U-shaped drawer for a more unified appearance.

We have recently received customer complaints regarding the appliance front panel reveal being too large, resulting in an inconsistent gap between the appliance panel and door panels.
- Default Reveal Alignment: The default reveal for appliance panels is set to match our cabinet reveals (See Pic1 Below). In most cases, this ensures a seamless installation without installation issues.
- Spec Compliance: In some instances, customers may request adherence to appliance manufacturer specifications, or designers may follow these specs for accuracy — particularly when working with appliances that have multiple panels. In this case, designers should inform customers in advance that appliance panels may have larger reveals compared to other cabinet doors.
- Design Studio Accuracy: When designers adjust panel sizes in Design Studio, the actual reveal is automatically calculated and accurately reflected in the 3D view and rendering. This provides a clear visual representation for both designers and customers.
- Suggestion: Please Highlight the inconsistent reveal on the appliance panel and have customer sign off on the final drawing.
- Post-Order Changes: Once the order is finalized and delivered, there should be no disputes if the designer has followed the specifications correctly and communicated the reveal differences during the design process. If the customer wishes to adjust the panel size after delivery, they will need to place a new order at their own expense. We should not be responsible for panel replacements in these cases.

- Price Adjustments & Bug Fixes in DS
- HK Cabinet Price Issue:
- The price for HK lift door hardware has been missing since mid-to-late last week.
- This issue has been fixed as of this afternoon and may impact current orders containing HK cabinets.
- Impacted models: WALL_HK, WALL_Fridge_HK
- Price Increase for HL, HF TOP, and Servo Drive Options:
- Due to MSRP adjustments by our vendor, we have updated the pricing in DS accordingly.

- Glass Door Cabinet:
- Reason: We have noticed that our base price for Glass door is low due to system accuracy

- Starting April 1st, the Matte Metallic Material EMB0016 Elephant Gray SM and EMB0017 Patio Stone SM, Price will be increased from Price Group B to Price Group D.
¶ Product & DS Update:
- The LEGRA Drawer Box is now available with all Solid Wood Shaker Drawer Fronts.
- For cabinets with Aluminum Glass Doors, the Cabinet Body edgeband color has been updated to match the Cabinet Body by default. This adjustment helps prevent issues where the edgeband color may not perfectly match the Glass Door frame color.
- The Door Straightener is now an optional feature for Tall PNL_FRONT when the panel height exceeds 50".
- Use Case: For door front replacement orders only. Avoid using the Door Straightener when the panel is intended as an appliance front panel, as it may cause installation issues.
- The Panel Maximum Height Filter has been added to the panel material list to view options based on different panel height requirements.

- LED Inset with Cover Cap
- All LEDs installed on the left/right side panel inside the cabinet will have a 30mm inset (from the outside edge) on both the top and bottom ends, covered with an LED end cap. This helps prevent the top and bottom panels from chipping during installation. Since this change impacts the production process, it will take effect immediately. Starting from February 12th, all orders submitted will include the LED inset.

- Product Update: Rollout Drawer Update with Spacer:
- Product Information: Dark Gray, 0.5-inch thickness. This update allows the use of a regular hinge for rollout drawer cabinets, eliminating door clearance issues with the current hinge, and prepares for future Tip-on hardware changes.
- Order submission: Any order with the Rollout Drawer submitted to Design Check after Monday, September 23rd, will have the Rollout Drawer with the Dark Grey Spacer. The design Studio cabinet model will be updated after the Validity Check.
- Product Update: LED Profile Update:
- Product Information: Silver profile with a white diffuser. No changes will be made to LED strips, power supplies, or other components.
- Order submission: Starting Monday, September 23rd, both the old and new LED profiles will be available in Design Studio. The current version will be marked as "Discontinuing" and the new version set as default. We will set up the Rule Detection in Design Studio, please make sure you are selecting the same LED profile within the same order. The old profile will remain available for one month and will be removed on October 23rd.
