The Resource Manager in Design Studio allows you to access and modify additional cabinet features beyond basic settings. This tool provides quick access to internal components, parameters, and styles, helping you make targeted adjustments without searching through multiple menus.
The Resource Manager is located in the bottom-left corner of Design Studio.
When you select a cabinet in the scene, the Resource Manager will highlight the corresponding cabinet, making it easier to find and edit.
All the cabinets will be orginized by room.
any cabinet found outside the room will be listed as "OFF-ROOM"
In this example, we’ll adjust the pullout space ratio for a cabinet.
Select a cabinet capable of housing pullouts.
Change its internal compartment to Pullouts.
Open the Resource Manager (bottom-left corner).
Click the cabinet in the scene — it will be highlighted in the Resource Manager.
For a T1D cabinet, open the BASE_SPACE layer. Inside this layer, locate the 4_PULLOUT_DOVETAIL accessory.
Adjust the parameter _RATIO_PO_4 to change space allocation.
Example: Set _RATIO_PO_43 = 2 to give the bottom pullout double the space of the others.
In this scenario, we will:
Navigate to DOOR_SET layer.
Select the glass door, then adjust the color in Style Settings.
Go to the TOP_SPACE layer. (since the shelves are in the top section of this T1D)
Select SHELVES.
Adjust the Quantity (e.g., change from 2 to 3).
Change the shelf material to glass.
The Resource Manager is a powerful tool for:
Quickly accessing specific cabinet parts.
Modifying parameters without searching through multiple tabs.
Making detailed adjustments such as pullout spacing, glass colors, and shelf configurations.
Using it effectively allows for faster, more precise cabinet customization in Design Studio.
