Panel thickness may vary based on the material selected. Especially for double-layered or triple-layered products such as floating shelves, table tops, and similar items, the thickness may not be exactly as specified due to variations in the materials themselves.

¶ Support Hardware 1: L Bracket

- The engineering team will help to define the size and quantity of the L-shape Support Bracket needed, based on the design of the tabletop.
- Design requirements (MUST follow): Must use the PNL_TOP_DOUBLE_SOLID

¶ Support Hardware 2: Aluminum Extrusion Beam
- Design requirements (MUST follow):
- 1. Available for overhang depth (A): Minimum 18” to Maximum 28”
- 2. Overhang depth (A) can not exceed the depth of the supporting cabinet + Pony Wall (B) thickness
- 3. The depth of the exposed tabletop (C) can not exceed the depth of the stone top cover (D)
- 4. Countertop thickness: Minimum 2 ¼"

¶ Aluminum Extrusion Beam Installation
- The Aluminum Extrusion Beam will be installed on top of the cabinets without requiring any modifications to the cabinets. It will be secured with screws.
- The Aluminum Extrusion Beam has a thickness of 1.5", and the customer will need two layers of ¾" plywood to serve as the countertop substrate to ensure it is level with the Aluminum Extrusion Beam.
- The total thickness of the finished countertop will be 2 ¼", consisting of the 1.5" plywood substrate and a ¾" stone surface.
