¶ Basic LED (Upgraded with Hafele System)
¶ Effective July 1, 2025, all orders submitted for Design Check will be subject to the following change:
¶ Basic LED system updated from 12V to 24V (Hafele System), for the following Benefits:
- Lower Current = Less Voltage Drop: 24V systems draw half the current of 12V systems for the same power output.
- Better Efficiency: Lower current = less heat = more efficient and often longer-lasting components.
- Longer Runs Without Dimming: You can run longer lengths of LED strip without needing to inject power as often.
- Possibility for more options for LED sensor and drawer LED and other LED features in future
- Standardized power supply component, for better inventory management
- Extended Warranty: Current LED Warranty 2 years, 24V Hafele LED Warranty 5 years.
- (Note: The 24V LED is priced at double of the 12V LED.)
