¶ Review Form Approval/Rejection
The review form is crucial for submitting your DS projects
¶ Creating and Submitting a review form
¶ a step-by-step guide on creating and submitting a review form for your project
- to start please locate the clipboard icon in the advanced tool section and click it
- then from there select Create Review Form tom start the review form process
- Please input the Client's Name and Phone number this is so that the Inspection Team can differentiate from clients that share the same name
- Next the system will take a few seconds to scan the project, once it has finished scanning please click on Select All (Yellow Circle) this will select all eligible cabinets for submission.
- Then from there please review the cabinets on the right side (Green Box) to see if any cabinets have errors
Please note that cabinets with errors will show in RED instead of blue meaning that these cabinets cannot be submitted until the error has been corrected, to view the errored cabinets please look in the Green Box Section for more details
- Before you can click Submit Review form please enter an email address that is not your clients email.
Please input your Ronbow Email for the email address section
- Once the Email has been inputted you can then click Submit review form (Orange Box)
- a new window will appear to confim if you would like to submit your project, if you belive your project is ready for submission please click SUBMIT
¶ Accepting Chancges from the Inspector
Please note that there are several reasons to accept changes made by the inspector. The most common include slight adjustments to correct designer errors and modifications requested by designers to refine their projects.
Please be aware that if the project is under Inspection you cannot accept any changes made by the Inspector until the project has been approved or rejected
¶ Rejected
Please be aware that when an order gets reject the cabinets will auto matically unlock for you to start making modification, if you have made modification before you have acepted the changes from the designer please not that these changs can be overwritten when you accept changes from the deisgner
To view any changes made from the inspector please click view feedback, and under Order Review Info, you will see, Changes of Moddels Accpeted.
A Confirmation window will appear to confirm if you would like to accpet the changes made by the inspector.
¶ Approved
- Once the project has been approved you will see the status in the review form section (red Circle)
- please click the order review form (red circle) and a new tab will open (Green Circle) that will allow you to accept changes made by the inspector please click Changes of models are accepted
- a new confirmation window will appear asking if you are sure you would like to accept the changes made by the inspector, select Accept to update your project with the changes made by the inspector.
